Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 bone-in ribeye steaks 1
- 5 inches thick
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on the counter and spoon the herb-infused butter mixture onto it
Roll the butter into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides
Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached
Remove the herb-infused butter from the refrigerator and slice it into rounds
Place a couple of butter rounds on top of each steak during the last minute of grilling, allowing it to melt over the steak
Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving
Serve the herb-infused butter steak with additional slices of the infused butter on top
Enjoy your juicy and flavorful steak
