Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chai spice mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Use coconut oil to grease and almond flour to dust a cake pan
Break up the bananas and mix them with the coconut sugar, eggs, almond milk, chai spice mix, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl
Make sure all the ingredients are well mixed
Pour the batter into the cake pan that has been ready
Put it in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down
Cut and serve
