Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a skillet over medium heat, saut minced garlic until fragrant
Add heavy cream to the skillet, bring to a simmer, and let it thicken for about 5 minutes
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth
Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until well coated
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley
