Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz maple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2-3 fresh figs, quartered
- Club soda, to top
Instructions:
In a shaker, muddle the fresh figs with maple syrup and lemon juice
Add bourbon and ice to the shaker
Shake well until chilled
Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice
Top with club soda
Garnish with a slice of fresh fig
