Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 4 dill pickle slices
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Warm up the grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat
Making burger patties from the ground beef is easy
Just divide it into 4 equal parts
On both sides of each patty, add salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
To get the patties medium-done, put them on the grill or griddle and cook for four to five minutes on each side
Some people like to toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster while the burgers are cooking
To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard in a small bowl
Put the burgers together: In the last minute of cooking, put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt
Put the sauce on the buns that have been toasted
Put a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun
Then add tomato slices, red onions, pickle slices, crispy bacon, and lettuce on top of the patty
Finish putting together the burgers by putting the top bun on each one
Enjoy while its hot with your favorite sides
