Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Blend soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and olive oil in a bowl until smooth
This is the marinade
Put the baby back ribs in a large plastic bag that can be closed again or a shallow dish
Cover the ribs with the marinade by pouring it over them
Put the dish or bag in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or even better, overnight
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take the ribs out of the marinade and let the extra sauce drip off
Save some of the marinade to use as a basting agent while the food is cooking on the grill
Put the ribs on a grill that has already been heated up
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them over every so often and basting them with the marinade you saved, until they are cooked all the way through and the outside is caramelized
Take the ribs off the grill and give them a moment to rest
Cut the ribs along the bones and put them on a platter to serve
Add chopped fresh parsley on top and serve hot
