Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Cubed tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch should all be combined in a bowl
For an even coat, toss
In a big skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat
Add the tofu and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy
Take out and place aside the tofu from the skillet
Add the ginger, garlic, and mixed vegetables to the same skillet
Cook for three to five minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender
Add the sliced green onions to the skillet with the tofu once again
Stirring to mix, cook for an additional one to two minutes
If desired, top hot dish with cooked rice and sesame seeds
