Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 475F 245C
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce
Evenly distribute the Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and red onion over the pizza
Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil over the toppings
Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the pizza to taste
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top
Let the pizza cool for a minute or two before slicing
